Job Description Summary:

Business Analysts are the glue that keeps our stakeholders and technical teams aligned by understanding what our stakeholders want and need, and then in turn translating those requirements into work and system enhancements / improvements. The Business Analyst will assist in system and business process analysis, design, configuration, and support. In this role, the Business Analyst will be required to work with people from all levels of the organization and in all functions (Sales Operations, Legal, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management, etc).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis, design, configuration and support of business applications and related processes
• Assist with design / solutioning for system enhancements and new features
• Support the implementation of new functionality
• Perform testing as needed and assists with coordinating end-user testing and feedback sessions
• Document system capabilities and processes

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in systems / business analysis, or related field
• Experience documenting and analyzing business and/or technical processes, procedures, policies
• Ability to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams and resources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work on less-defined projects
• Able to self-manage tasks
• Team oriented, collaborative, accountable and dependable

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce experience
• Knowledge of MultiValue products

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study preferred

Travel Requirements:

Minimal, <5%

The base salary range for this role is $90,785.86 - $113,482.36 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location..What Rocket Software can offer you in USA:
